CIVILIZATION, POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The factors that determine economic development are various and numerous, but in detailed analyzes the importance of political institutions has been used to a lesser extent. Among the factors of economic growth human resources, finances, new technologies, their quantitative and qualitative characteristics were considered essential, while in-depth historical-logical research substantiates that the basis of all this is the level of civilization of the country and the maturity of political institutions, having been conditioned by that factor.
